Do not go to this garage if you value your car and/or have any modicum of “pride of ownership”! I went in for a simple NYS inspection and oil change about a few weeks ago. They lied about the rear disk brakes being “worn to an unsafe level” and they also performed “hack work” when they did my oil change. The rear brakes were worn but not unsafe or illegal (had plenty of pad left and the rotors were not pitted) while the synthetic oil replacement that they performed left dark fluid in the pan (instead of amber colored) and they drain plug had been torqued down and rounded off to hell and back (had to use a breaker bar and bolt extractor sockets to remove). They lied about the brakes to try and get me for more than a $500 job and they cut corners on the oil change to make money, to cut down repair time, and to avoid replacing the drain plug washer (which only needed to be snugged up to 36 lbs*ft with a fresh washer). If I could give five negative stars, I would.
