My son purchased a pair of sneakers with cash, went to return them the next day and was told only a store credit would be given. NOTHING was told to us that the credit had to be used within 120 DAYS, not on the receipt or anyplace visible. My son could not find anything in the store to replace them so we held out until after Christmas and for new spring shoes. When we went to make the purchase they told us the credit had expired and we were basically out of the $130. Now I am fighting to try to even talk to anyone who will handle my complaint at the store level, all I am told is there is no one I can talk to and the online customer service doesn't handle store issues. BEYOND MAD CUSTOMER!!!
Less than 0 stars. When my son's shoes wouldn't fit, not only could I not return them the next day, but the store credit was worthless as they didn't have a single pair of shoes in the store that would work for him. It's just a paper receipt that expires in a couple months with no idea if his size will even come in. NO support and pure nastiness. The first Assistant Manager out and out lied. Corporate is very slow and the stores seem to be disconnected and can't even order his size. We are posting everywhere to warn people to stay out of there. Manager said his name was Nick, and wouldn't even give me the name of his manager. Still waiting on corporate and filing claims.
