This is a top shelf practice. The facility is beautiful - modern, clean and very inviting. Dr. Pfister does excellent work and his staff is highly professional and pleasant.
I recently had and accident at work that resulted in my two front teeth being chipped. After explaining my situation to Tonya she made sure to get me in the next day even though they had already scheduled a root canal for their open slot. They stayed long after they normally closed to make sure I got two new crowns and make sure they were perfectly shaped to my mouth. They didn't make the crowns and throw them in as soon as possible to get me out of there, they spent over an hour just shaping them to look more natural and make sure they matched the teeth next to them. I think everyone in the office came to see me and how I was doing while I waited for the crowns to be made and cooked, and once they were in they came back again to see how they looked. In short everyone there just wants to make sure you are comfortable and happy with the work getting done. I will definitely be going back to get work done on my other teeth and cleanings.
I have had nothing but a great experience with Aesthetic Oral Arts. Been with this dentist since 2008 where I was very hesitant to visit a new dentist. They do everything they can to help you relax and explain everything thing they going to do so you feel comfertable. Iv had several fillings and they even did a root canal for me. I always leave feeling confident and with a better smile then I came in with! Highly recommend they do a great job and are very very nice.
My visit was very thorough, I had many pictures taken of my teeth, I was checked for oral cancer. A molding of my teeth was made as well as wax mold of my bite. The Dr. Pfister and his staff are professional, kind and compassionate. I look forward to getting started on repairing my smile.
Apparently they like to call you and confirm your appointment you be had set up for almost 3 months then know nothing when you arrive after taking time off work thanks just in time for the holidays too
