I just spoke with a very friendly woman at Village Floral in New Hartford. She was very helpful with the bouquet I wanted to send to a friend who is going through a difficult time. I strongly recommend this floral shop when looking for flowers.
The service at Village Floral has not been the same as it was. I made a purchase here and they acted like they were doing me a favor.Not even a Thank You. Nothing like when previous owner managed here !!!!

My twin daughters passed away at 17 weeks. Tracy at Village Floral sat down with me, listened to what my husband and I had talked about wanting, walked me through books, helped me make decisions, and made wonderful recommendations. She created the most beautiful arrangements for our baby girls. We are grateful and I would highly recommend the Village Florist, especially during a difficult time.
Flowers were never delivered on the Friday I told them. So the weekend went by with no delivery. On Monday I called store. The flowers that were delivered looked open and full the way flowers look after you have had then 3 or 4 days. Also, the wording on the card was wrong. Disaster from beginning to end. Go somewhere else.
My grandson got married and the flowers were done at Village Florist. I couldn't have been happier. Everything was beautiful from the bride's bouquet to the urns for the outside wedding to the table settings. You can't go wrong getting your flowers from them. Cydni is the best.
