WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! OUR LIVES ARE IN YOUR HANDS AND NO BODY SEEMS TO CARE!!!

If i could rate any lower i would. Bathrooms are disgusting. Staff was rude. Been here for 5 hours waiting for a room and apparently they forgot to send it over to admissions. Ridiculous.

Where do we start? Child brought in on a 9.41 with multiple visable cuts up her arm after a threat of suicide. She was observed for less than 20 hours and the hospital staff insisted the she did not require psychiatric care. When I disagreed with the discharge I was told to take her home or face a neglect case with with child protective services. Then I was given a "safety plan" upon her discharge to lock up all things she could harm herself with? But again... no psych care needed... Hoping for best but if anything happens from here St. Lukes will have to answer as they did a couple years ago. If you can go to another hospital, please do. This place should be shut down.

When admitted for scheduled elective surgery, service was excellent. However, when referred to emergency department by their own urgent care clinic, service was mediocre, and the actual issue was not addressed.

When are you going to Wake Up and and see the mass exodus of experienced help in your Faxton dialysis center. As a patient is is so upsetting that our lives our in the hands of inexperienced kids while the great nurses , techs and and support people are allowed to leave without so much as word to ask why!!

My wife had given birth at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse. She had a tear while delivering that required stitches. A couple days after discharge late Friday one of stitches came apart and she came to emergency room at St. Lukes Saturday morning. Was expecting that they would have gynecologists that could perform a procedure like applying stitches. They probably do but whatever the reason they gave her antibiotics, just in case of infection, and told her to go to Syracuse. I doubt the doctors could not do the procedure and so it is very upsetting to get denied medical care. The doctor that saw my wife should not be practicing medicine.
