Snobby, condescending people.
I ordered a ring for my boyfriend online and got it in the wrong size. So we went to the closest Zales, the one in New Hartford to see ehat we could do about it. It's made of titanium so they aren't able to resize it, but the ladies at the counter were very nice and explained that we could return it if we wanted and then just reorder it in the right size. They even double checked that the size we needed was in stock. When I reordered I received it a day after it shipped!! Amazing service and experience with this Zales and the company as a whole. I definitely plan on making future jewelry purchases with Zales!!
