The people here are very nice. Unfortunately, nice does not mean being able to clean clothes properly.
They called me to tell me I had a shirt that had been there for a while. When my girlfriend went in to pick it up exactly a week later they told her it was sent to a thrift shop. I was never informed that this was going to be done. The staff was rude to the both of us. The owner claims she told everyone it was going to be gone but I spoke with two people and neither informed me I only had a few days to pick it up. She raised her voice to me when I said she never gave me a deadline. Do not trust your clothes with this miserable staff.
Horrendous Service. First and last time i would ever consider dropping off my clothes for such terrible service. Stained 2 pairs of pants, while losing 4 of my other pants, and the rest wrinkled. Not to mention the RUDE STAFF, while dropping and picking up your clothes. The guy at the Rome store ran around in circles looking for my clothes, wasted 20 minutes of my time. Not to mention that the 50% off coupon out of the news paper is a scam. Charged me full price for everything because all my clothes are "special" material for which he couldn't even begin to explain. Then he couldn't even give me a receipt because he needed it for his records or count my change. what a joke. DO NOT trust these people with your clothes.
I won't be going back again.
Out of 4-shirts that I have owned for about a month, 2 were damaged. A white one now has dark stains all along the button-hole panel. A black one was pressed at too high of a heat and now appears shiny.
