We have been using New Hartford Animal Hospital for many years. Very caring and professional staff. They run on time with their scheduling.
On top of that, his nurse was somewhat mocking the fact we could not afford to pay for everything they wanted.
(This was the nurse with many piercings on one ear).
He wanted to continue a medication that has stopped working for my cat and include the inhaler we were wanting. He does not know how to speak on a personal level but more of “ I am a vet so let me finish”.
Very, very professional and courteous staff. They even offered for me to bring my cat back in one week latest for a check up on his procedure for free... And they called me, I don't even call them lol. Wonderful place to bring your animals. Highly recommended

Do NOT see Sean Gaw. He has no manners at all. Does not want to fully listen to the owners or the background. Wants to do his own plan even though we have been part of the hospital and my cats charts and X-rays are there with notes. We knew my cat had asthma and it was confirmed by two other doctors at the practice. I came in at 9:30 on the dot I am still waiting for him to come back and speak with me it’s 10:33.
She stated “ I know you probably don’t want to pay for this but we can trim your cats nails for $17”
Very nice and accommodating staff. The veterinarians are all knowledgeable and gentle with my dog. The grooming is also spectacular. Prices can be on the high side and they do try to upsell some of their high-end services
Careful of their "HIDDEN FEES"! If you're on a "Fixed Income" this is NOT the place to bring your animal! Although they they are pleasant and treat you with courtesy remember this is a business so they do expect payment regardless of situation! I just feel if you're going to be in this sort of business that although payment is the requirement of course you do know that this should at least be able to provide service for everyone that brings their animals regardless of the situation but that's just my opinion! All in all if you do have the funds then this is the perfect last! You will receive exceptional service! And that I can attest to!
