Outstanding service and great crew. I was travelling from out of town and the guys at the shop went out of their way to help me out in a pinch. Everyone was so pleasant, professional and honest. I highly recommend this shop!

Pathetic. Better-off going across street, to Bikes n' Boards shop. Sonne's adds ridiculous extra pricing to the bikes. Extra shipping costs. Extra cost for additional size. None of that is actually legal. A bike that is priced by the manufacturer, for $625, is typically sold at $625. No matter the frame size. For all I know...Sonne's is just pocketing the extra unnecessary charges.
I love my new bike and the store has excellent selection and they also order a bike if you can not find one for you. If you go ask for Steve 2 because he was very kind and would not give up until i found a bike i liked. Exceptional service. I would definitely go here again.
I bought a great bike from this shop. They recommended me a beautiful orange Trek Marlin 5 bicycle. and i got it. Being a university student I get weekly compliments on my vehicle. And it runs really well after months of daily use.
And I hope you are extremely patient. Your bike may take MONTHS, to be fixed, no matter how simple the repair. And if you purchase a bike under a grand...you'll be placed at the back-of-the-line, for repairs. I had a bike there for a simple crankset and derailleur replacement. Took six weeks. Idiots constantly telling me they can't get the parts. "You're a bike shop!"
First, I love the bike I got. It was a Raleigh 2015 Revenio 1.0 and ITS BLUE! I was so amazed because I've been waiting to buy a bike. The bike is good and as a beginner cyclist I'm happy with it. I may in the future upgrade my claris groupset to tiagra. I also like the bike selection and the owner is all about fit. His goal is to make sure the bike fits perfectly. Hopefully I will buy a hybrid bike in the future from them. Service is good.
NO. Their glitter & advertising may catch your eye. Worse than a used car dealership. Be smart. Go to another shop or do as I now do...purchase your bike and parts, on the internet. Save a fortune.
