My family and I always come every year for all our ski/bike needs. No matter the season, the service is easily the BEST of any other shop I've ever been to. All the skis and bikes I've gotten are great quality (Trek, Line). Nothing is overpriced, and you get what you pay for here; Great stuff.

I found the owner of this shop to be very arrogant and coercive. I brought in my bike for a tuneup and he guaranteed me that the price to tune it up would be "more than a brand new bike." I told him I'm not interested in a new bike because I'm only 20, in college, and can't afford one. He then tried to persuade me into financing a $3,000 bike.

I went just to look at bikes and gather price differences and walked out with a new bike the person I talked to sounded like he knew what he was talking about and was very patient. 10 stars!!!
I have since brought my two bikes to other shops in the area and am very happy with the service I received.
