BEWARE ONLINE BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY - I booked a two night stay online over two weeks in advance. A week before my stay circumstances changed and I called to cancel one of the two nights. I was told my reservation for the one day could be cancelled but that it was not refundable. I tried to cancel over a week in advance of my stay. I find this policy to be ridiculous. Read carefully before booking and be sure to check with other hotels that may offer more flexible arrangements. I sure won't make the mistake of booking with Holiday Inn again....

This is going to be a positive review so this may be a weird preface, but as for location it has a sign on the main road that is placed AFTER the road you need to turn down to enter, if you are on the same side of the road as the sign. Not the best place for an entrance to be just OFF the main road. The rooms are very clean and nice, things are restocked at some point mid day, and all areas of the hotel are easily accessible. The beds were comfortable as well. I didn't take much advantage of the services but the overall experience was pleasant.

A series of odd contrasts. Friendly front desk staff but slow breakfast service. Rooms look like they've been updated fairly recently but then there's rust around the sprinkler and a massive sag in the middle of the mattress. I never tried the restaurant but I was advised against it by two other travelers (apparently mediocre and oddly themed). Still, the location was handy and the rooms were clean and quiet. Three and a half stars.

Stayed here for three days, two nights for a conference being held by Phi Theta Kappa. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, everything was professional. The pool is outdoors only and closed for the winter season.

I was required to stay here for school. It was clean, up to date, and the staff were courteous, but for what we paid to stay there (almost $200/night!!!) I was not impressed. No indoor pool or hot tub, no breakfast included, they wanted my husband to pay extra to get ESPN on the TV, and the beds and pillows were lumpy and HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The food at the on-site restaurant was ridiculously overpriced too. I guess they cater to a non-thrifty crowd because this frugal mama will never be back!
