Joe is the one who worked with us. Through conversation in their beautiful showroom I learned that he was the Store Manager. I was impressed of his knowledge of mattresses. There's so much to know. He made excellent recommendations based on our sleeping styles and positions. Our mattress is being delivered on Friday around my daily schedule. I feel very relieved that the entire experience was handled in a timely fashion that made it very enjoyable. He even went so far as to offer us some tea or coffee, which we gladly accepted. Smiles around.
After reading some of the reviews online I decided to take a look at what they had. I recently moved to the area on a promotion and needed a bed stat. The 2 gentlemen that helped out were very accommodating. I wanted memory foam and they had it. Simple, no pressure. Delivery was fast. Thank you so much Metro!!
Highly recommend Metro Mattress if you're looking for a good deal on quality mattresses. The staff is professional and courteous from the showroom to delivery. We spent about 45 minutes finding just the right mattress for my fiance & I. We ended up going with an adjustable base for our latex bed. We're extremely happy with our decision. Thanks again.
Went into the store a few weeks back just to look around. I talked to Joe and he was excellent. Got the information I needed and left. Was not ready to purchase yet and was not in anyway pressured to buy that night (which is the most important thing for me). I went back a week later ready to purchase, Joe was not there, he happened to be off that day. I ended up dealing with John who was just as good as Joe! We were long overdue for a new mattress. My husband and I waited for the Columbus Day sale at Metro Mattress and got a great deal on a king size. We are very happy. We purchased a memory foam mattress with power adjustable base with vibration modes. The gentleman helping us was very helpful in helping us pick the best mattress for our budget.
