Wouldn’t suggest this place if you are in a hurry
Very rude waited way to long for my cab so I got something else they didn’t even bother calling to ask if I still needed a cab they assumed after 45 mins I will still need one and when I told them I didn’t the lady gives me an attitude worst customer service
Rick was a complete jerk and never came to pick us up. When I called to find out where the cab was he started yelling at me.
If I could give this "company" zero stars I would. Tried using them twice. Both times, they forgot my reservation, and tried to blame it on me. The second time, I missed my train because of them. Moreover, when I called to voice my frustration, I was hung up on... twice. Do not use New Hartford Taxi.
The people there are very kind and helpfull. They made it to us very fast and helped us with groceries. Kind and helpfull people + fast time = 5 stars.
