Server staffed all huddled around looking at their phones. Refill drinks, place orders, clean tables, run checks. Do something other than Instagram or Facebook. I've had better experiences at Friendly's on Champlain ave. At least we get fed in timely manner.

If kitchen is backed up, Mgr on duty should be expediting not floating around doing nothing. Menu is so basic, How can't kitchen keep up? Deep fryer and grill.
Sat Oct 14th. Poor service.. Manager, and server on duty were terrible. 30 minutes to get a salad with a long hair.. Appetizer never came. Hour into the meal I gave up and left... My 3 year old daughter was getting impatient. I'll pass next time my brother and his family suggest..
it's not quick either. I do like some of there food but for 2 adults and one child it shouldn't cost 85 bucks with no apps or drinks.
Regular customer and never have any issues. Service at tables or the bar is usually fast and friendly. Food has always been good and cooked correctly.
I was very pleased had the 2 for $20 deal got spicy buffalo wings and the bourbon street chicken with shrimp and 4 cheese mac&cheese with peppered chicken fingers food was very good definitely will go again
I feel that for the money you spend you should have to send your good back or have to pay extra for a side. drinks are good.
