Will never step foot in this IHOP again!
It's hard to rate this one. We've gone there twice and the first time, the service was above and beyond. We even called the manager over to tell them of the great service we got.
Food is great. Location is great. Speed of service...table of 6 with 5 other people in restaurant. Over an hour to bring to table. Kids eat free however so that's good. Wish service was faster
The service was so slow. Customers who came in after us ate and left before we were served. The food was below average and the cook staff was awful! The waitress however was courteous.
But hey, it's IHOP. One doesn't go there and expect anything really that awesome.
Lisa S made sure we had a terrible experience. The hostess at the door is why this gets two stars. She was friendly, and ended up having to cash us out because like usual during this trip, Lisa was nowhere to be found. We had an appetizer, plus omelettes. Despite seeing it ready before our food was, our app was brought only 30 seconds before our omelettes. I did not receive a single refill or even an offer. I had to up and take ketchup from another table, to which I was surprised to look up and see our waitress watching me do so. The sour cream and salsa for the orders was never brought out, or spoken of. This would be understandable if it was busy. I saw only up to 3 other patrons in the restaurant besides myself during this time. It was slow during this time, which made it all the more frustrating. Also, it was 2pm on a Monday, and they were complete out of french fries and mozzarella sticks.?? Strange. I love Ihop, just not this one, or... At least when Lisa is working.
This morning my sister and I had an excellent meal at the IHOP on French Rd.. What really made the meal the best was our waitress Tasha. She was smiling and pleasant from beginning to end. We personally thanked her and I asked to speak to the manager to let him or her know how much more enjoyable Tasha made our meal. Gina the G.M. was there and she was just as wonderful as Tasha. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and return ourselves. Thank you again Tasha for making our breakfast over the top
The second time, the service was a bit below average. Had to ask for a lot of things like spoons, extra sugar, and more coffee.
