Does not even deserve one star. They one did not open on time, so I was standing out in the cold. Even when I called the associate had a smart comment when I stated the door was locked. It was so cold I went back to my cat and left. Noone should have to stand and wait like that. So my first experience (bc it was my first visit) left a bad taste in my mouth.
Went to shop and also pick up online order. There was three ladies working and my order was there but they told me they didn't have it picked up yet. So I had to come back at a later time (we live 30mns away) &hi let the lady know how I was treated and then was told "we have other things to do". Well you lost a long time customer for that remark and rude service. There was no other customers and the three ladies were standing around talking to each other while we shopped.
