I just went in for a trim and it didn't really end up that way. I asked for a progression haircut because I wanted to go shorter. The girl cut all of my hair off and didn't do a progression like I asked. She cut it was shorter than I asked her to and also did a very choppy job. She also cut part of my bangs which I did not ask her to. All around very unprofessional experience. Will not be going there again.
Never going to MasterCuts again. The cut is fine, but the style is unbelievably basic. It looks like I did it myself. Going to the salon should be a fun experience, where you feel great after, not like you just dropped a ton of money to look like you did your own hair.
ADORE THIS SALON! The staff here is professional and upbeat. Up to date on trends and the latest care techniques. Friendly and experienced also wonderful with children. This is my go to place! Look forward to my upkeep. Know not only will it look and feel great but that I will leave with a smile due to the class A customer interactions. Love you guys! Keep it up!
My sister had a very bad experience there the other day. She came home and noticed big chunks of her hair missing. Right to the root.
My boyfriend got a high fade cut and it looks awful! After that cut there were patches of hair that I had to cut off! Walmart does a 1000 times better!
They apologized for the inconvenience and said something about that they don't do refunds. They also did offer to fit the hair cut. But how are u gonna fit something when there's no hair to work with? Smh I'm so upset.
