It's a Best Buy. It's clean and orderly, and the sales staff and customer service people are friendly. However, I hate the plaza it's in. It's a nightmare to get into and get out of during the holidays; which reenforces my preference to shop online.

Had a stress free experience when purchasing my new desktop computer, monitor, and all-in-one printer for my home office. The associates are extremely knowledgeable in their departments. They got me the best product for my needs are were able to do so in my price range. Would recommend to everyone!
I purchased a Garmin gps. The salesman was simply wonderful. He was from a different department do some of the questions I had he had to get help with. A wonderful experience. Would go back again.
Store had plenty of staff, but no one was eager to help. We waited as staff just walked by. I was looking to purchase wireless headphones and needed help trying to find a good pair. We walked up to cucustomer service to get assistance, and they said they would send someone over. We waited another 5 min until help arrived and he was not knowledgeable or helpful. My wife and I continued looking without the staff. We tried different brands and think we found the brand we liked most. We did not purchase the item. Mainly because of the poor service.
