Horrible experience. I wish we had more options here in town because I don't ever want to return. I came in with a USB and wanted to get something printed. I was also hoping to get help. The woman told me I had to go home and send it online. I asked if I could do it there and she refused. I got home and it took me forever to figure out how to upload. Finally it was sent and I was able to order in the evening. I called the next afternoon and asked if it was done . I was told it was. I made a special trip to go pick it up and it wasn't even started. They told me to come back again tonight.
Copy center needs help. Staples better listen and train their staff better. It seems that I'm not he only one with issues with the copy center. I won't be using their copy center anytime soon.
Great Store for Office Supplies and Good Prices. Staff is Friendly and Helpful. Store is Always Up to Date with New Products. This Store Also Carries Office Desks and Chairs and Small office Furniture as well as Computers and Copiers Printers Fax Machines Phones and All accomidating supplies Technical Support is Always there in the Store if you Need them as well. Very Friendly
All the associates in the print and marketing center are AMAZING!!! They are all so helpful and great and get just what I want done in the right amount of time highly recommended!!
Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of home office, school, and business supply's, computers, printers, and furniture. They also have several copy machines that take credit cards, so no waiting to pay for your copies in a line. They have UPS pick up there if you need to ship something. Also have public restrooms.
