If there was anything negative to say, I wouldn't know what it is. Great associates that were spot on from start to end. Adrienne was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and did not stop assisting me until everything was addressed and taken care of. An absolute great asset and cornerstone to the team. Tremendously pleased and satisfied with the care I received in the New Hartford location. Highly recommended, TOP NOTCH!

We are very happy with the service of these two young people who are exemplary in their service to their customers
Again, this commentary is totally unsolicited.
Both times I visited this location, Zajaya was very patient and knowledgeable about my new iPhone. She took her time and with a smile, answered all of my questions and took care of all of my concerns and did do with a smile.
My husband and I have been loyal customers for almost four years under a contract plan. When we called customer service to try to lower our bill due to unforeseen circumstances, we were promised a much lower bill and an upgrade in service. When we got our bill for the next month, it was higher than promised and no one could help us. We went to the new Hartford ny store and Melanie was very helpful. She connected us to the right rep on the phone and she was very knowledgeable in her products that she was explaining to us. No one was able to come through with the original request on the phone, but they are working on getting us a plan that works for us and getting us at the place we need to be at. I recommend coming to this store for any issues instead of customer service.
Travis Prince was absolutely terrific assisting me to transition to my new iPhone from my older Sprint phone. Travis was very well informed about the product and could not have been nicer. It is refreshing to deal with such a customer centric individual. He is an excellent representative of Sprint.
